No Return Policy
Because of the unique nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for items purchased from our website. We kindly ask that you carefully review all product descriptions, sizes, and details before making your purchase to ensure you are completely satisfied with your selection.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the case of damaged products. To be eligible for an exchange, you must follow the steps outlined below:
- Unboxing Video: Record an unboxing video when you receive your package. This video should clearly show the unopened package, the unboxing process, and the damaged product.
- Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product by emailing info@thechakrikka.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and the unboxing video attached.
- Review: Our customer service team will review your request and the unboxing video. If the damage is confirmed, we will process your exchange.
Exchange Process
- Approval: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged product.
- Shipping: You will need to ship the damaged product back to us within 7 days of receiving the approval. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.
- Replacement: Upon receiving the damaged product, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. If the product is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative product of equal value or issue a store credit.
Conditions for Exchange
- The unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests due to damaged products. Without the video, we will not be able to process your exchange.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges are only applicable for products damaged during shipping. Wear and tear or damage caused by improper handling after receipt are not eligible for exchange.
